Using Joy as our travel agent made the whole experience stress free. She has a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field. She reserved for our family of 5 airline tickets, hotel, passes at Disney, private transfer to Cape Canaveral where we board The Utopia cruise ship and travel insurance. We are looking forward to making family memories..

Have worked with Joy from On Demand in the past when scheduling a trip to Jamaica. This woman knows her stuff! She's not only top notch when making sure all your travel bases are covered but is one of the nicest people you'll ever have the pleasure of dealing with. Super experience. We were having a giant problem with Delta and Joy worked with us to get it right. Noticed that there was money that wouldn't be refunded to us from the e-credit and suggested that the long leg of our overseas trip could be upgraded. It was just a straight pleasure to work with Joy. I've recommended her to friends and family. I only wish I could give a higher rating.

I’ve used Joy for many many years of traveling and she has never disappointed. A trip to the Bahamas with my sick friend and she took care of last minute details to make it extra special. Last February was a family cruise on Royal Caribbean that went perfectly. For personalized service there is no one else to go to. Thank you Joy 😊
